the fireworks was lame.. but cannot blame that.. i need to practise on taking fireworks..not as easy as i tot...

this was before the fireworks.. we were waiting for the fireworks XD at the side of a highway...


so i snapped a few pics...to get trail lights of cars...


and again the fireworks.. lazy to compile and arrange properly... lol

i duno why.. but when i took this from inside a car.. the flash made the pic look like its from sum movie....and mel and imran look like.. I DUNO U TELL ME!...

so i manually flashed with one hand again!.. this time im getting more accurate and take less time to get out a pic...


i had the flashgun under the glass table then fired it togather with the camera.. to get a reflection effect...


a basic panning technique...


with a 50mm lens, at f7.3, iso 200, i off-focused the image then slowly focus it, while panning the christmas lights then i off-focused it again...

Asian Service at college.....

aits, so we had our asian buffet service.. it was .. okay.. quite boring.. too many servers and too little guest... a ratio of one server to two guest... i'm not posting the group pics of whatsoever.. just the fancy stuff that caught my eye...


our centrepiece, manually fired flash with one hand. using a shutter speed of 1/10 at f/11


so this was our table table layout and the setting...

we even had a pond outside...with cute lil fishes! :D


yup, fired the manual flash on our centrepiece again... this time at f/22 to get a large depth of field at 1/5...my flashgun was set at a manual 35mm 1/1 flash setting..maybe i should have used the 14mm wideangle to get the whole work of art lighted up properly...
